1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, listing a channel, bidding, or supporting a channel on ytoutbid.lol ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Platform Overview

ytoutbid.lol is a public, community-driven leaderboard and visibility platform for YouTube channels. Creators and supporters can list publicly accessible YouTube channels, select appropriate content categories, and submit bids or support contributions to position channels on the leaderboard.

The leaderboard is open, real-time, and public. A higher rank on ytoutbid.lol represents leaderboard visibility within our community only.

3. Listing & Bidding Rules

  • Legitimate Channels: Every listing must point to an active, publicly accessible YouTube channel via valid YouTube URL or @handle.
  • Mandatory Category: A content category is required when listing a channel.
  • Minimum Starting Bid: New channel listings require a minimum initial outbid of $2.00 USD.
  • Rank Calculation: The leaderboard ranks channels by cumulative total bid amount. Channels with higher total bids rank higher.
  • Claiming Rank #1: To claim the #1 spot, your new total must be at least $2.00 USD higher than the current #1 total.
  • Non-#1 Placements: Placing a bid below the #1 threshold places the channel at the highest corresponding leaderboard position supported by that total.
  • Tie-Breaker Invariant: If two channels have identical totals, the channel that reached the total earlier in time maintains the higher position.
  • Unique Listings: A YouTube channel can only be listed once on the leaderboard. Submitting an already-listed channel increases its cumulative total rather than creating a duplicate entry.
  • Supporting Existing Channels: Anyone can support or outbid an existing listing by using the Support/Outbid feature on the channel details page. All contributions are added cumulatively to the channel listing.

4. Payments & Non-Refundable Policy

All bids and support contributions are processed in USD via secure third-party payment processors.

All completed payments are final and non-refundable. Because leaderboard positions and rank adjustments are applied immediately upon successful payment confirmation, we cannot offer refunds, chargebacks, or reversals once a transaction is completed.

Bids and contributions represent platform participation and community visibility only. They do not represent an investment, equity, debt, profit-sharing, or commercial partnership.

5. Independence & Third-Party Disclaimer

ytoutbid.lol is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by YouTube, Google LLC, or Alphabet Inc.

ytoutbid.lol does not provide YouTube views, subscribers, likes, comments, watch time, algorithm optimization, or any third-party growth services. A higher rank on ytoutbid.lol guarantees leaderboard placement on this site only and carries no guarantee of external YouTube metrics or performance.

Bids, listings, and contributions made on ytoutbid.lol do not transfer ownership, control, intellectual property, or management rights of any YouTube channel.

Publicly available YouTube information (such as channel names, handles, subscriber counts, and profile images) is displayed in accordance with YouTube public data and API guidelines.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Impersonating individuals or entities or submitting channels with fraudulent intent.
  • Submitting spam, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or unlawful content.
  • Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or compromise the integrity or security of the Platform.
  • Using automated bots or scraping tools without prior authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

ytoutbid.lol is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ytoutbid.lol and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Platform.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of ytoutbid.lol following any revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
