1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, submitting a channel, or contributing on ytoutbid.lol ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Platform Rules.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Platform Description & Architecture

ytoutbid.lol is an independent public leaderboard for YouTube creators. Users can submit public YouTube channels, assign content categories, and submit outbid contributions to rank channels competitively on the public leaderboard.

No Mandatory Account: ytoutbid.lol does not require user registration, passwords, or Google account authentication to browse or submit listings.

3. Channel Listings & Canonical Identity

Every listing is anchored to the channel's official YouTube Channel ID.

  • Each canonical YouTube Channel ID corresponds to exactly one listing on ytoutbid.lol.
  • Submitting an already-listed channel automatically applies the contribution to the existing channel rather than generating a duplicate record.
  • Listings must reference active, publicly accessible YouTube channels.

4. Ranking, Bidding & Outbid Rules

Rankings are governed strictly by the Official Platform Rules:

  • Minimum Contribution: $2.00 USD (200 cents) for both initial listings and supporter contributions.
  • Rank #1 Threshold (Rule 1): Claiming the #1 spot requires a resulting cumulative total at least $2.00 higher than the current #1 channel.
  • Cumulative Stacking: Contributions add cumulatively to the channel's total outbid pool.
  • Tie-Breaking Invariant: If totals are equal, the earlier reached timestamp holds the higher rank.

5. Payments & Non-Refundable Policy

Financial transactions on ytoutbid.lol are processed through our third-party merchant payment processor (Dodo Payments). ytoutbid.lol does not collect or store raw payment card details.

All Completed Payments Are Final and Non-Refundable: Because digital ranking positions, supporter records, and leaderboard adjustments take effect immediately upon transaction confirmation, transactions cannot be refunded, reversed, or canceled.

Contributions represent platform participation and social discovery visibility only. They do not constitute an investment, equity, commercial partnership, or financial return.

6. YouTube Independence & Metric Disclaimer

ytoutbid.lol is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by YouTube, Google LLC, or Alphabet Inc.

ytoutbid.lol does not provide or sell YouTube views, subscribers, likes, comments, watch time, or algorithm optimization. Leaderboard placement on ytoutbid.lol carries no guarantee of external YouTube metrics, growth, or revenue.

Listing a channel or submitting a bid does not transfer ownership, control, intellectual property, or management rights of any YouTube channel.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Submitting non-existent, fake, or fraudulent YouTube channels.
  • Submitting unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or abusive supporter messages.
  • Using automated bots, scrapers, or fraudulent payment methods to manipulate leaderboard rankings or click counts.
  • Attempting to compromise or interfere with platform security or infrastructure.

8. Limitation of Liability

ytoutbid.lol is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ytoutbid.lol and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the platform.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms as operational or legal requirements evolve. Continued use of ytoutbid.lol following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
